Nestled in the Saddleback Valley of Orange County, Tiller House reimagines a former ranch property as a warm and welcoming boutique hospitality destination rooted in California’s relaxed lifestyle and rich agricultural heritage.

Inspired by the history of Moulton Ranch and the surrounding landscape, the design blends residential comfort with a modern grange sensibility—layering natural materials, handcrafted furnishings, curated regional artwork, and soft, textural palettes throughout the property. The interiors were designed to feel approachable, collected, and deeply connected to place.

Guestrooms offer a quiet residential retreat, balancing timeless finishes, bespoke details, and subtle references to the area’s ranching history. Public spaces encourage gathering and connection, creating a flexible social environment that feels equally suited for locals and travelers alike.
