Sheraton Universal, Universal City

This project encompassed a comprehensive revitalization of several key interior spaces at the historic Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City, California. Enhancements were made to the lobby, Great Hall, meeting rooms, Grand Ballroom, restaurant, meeting room and corridors with the goal of restoring the hotel’s timeless charm while introducing modern design elements and functionality. The work carefully balanced preservation of the property's glamorous legacy with a fresh, updated ambiance suited to today’s sophisticated traveler and event clientele.

The Sheraton Universal, a Hollywood icon nestled beside Universal Studios, has long been a haven for film industry elite. This renovation project focused on honoring its storied past while reimagining its future. Updates to the Grand Ballroom included restoring elegant woodwork, crystal chandeliers, and rose-colored beveled mirrors, complemented by rich taupe and blue carpeting. The adjoining Great Hall, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and soft sheer drapery, was refreshed to enhance its use as a pre-function space overlooking the magnolia-ringed garden. The revitalized lobby, corridor, and restaurant now reflect the same elevated elegance, inviting guests to experience the legacy of classic Hollywood with the comfort and style of modern luxury.
